If you are claiming for treatment through your medical insurer they will not pay the cancellation charge and you will be liable for this payment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows are disruptive to the optimal delivery of care and service to all our patients.
Missed appointments prevent other patients from coming in at the same time and affect the consistency of your own and other patient’s rehabilitation programme or service.
