We ask that you show us and other patients consideration by calling at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to attend. Failure to keep your scheduled appointment hinders our ability to provide the best service to our patients. Cancellation fee applies to missed appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We offer discounted 5 or 10 session treatment packages for patients who require a course of treatment to reach their goals or optimal treatment outcome. Please speak to our reception team for more details.

Please note that medical insurance rates can vary according to each insurer. Any excess payable by the patient will be paid towards the agreed treatment price for their respective insurer. Where appointments have been missed without due notice a cancellation charge will apply, this charge will not be paid by your insurer and will be the liability of the patient.
