Southfields Physiotherapy is a private, inter-disciplinary clinic in the heart of Southfields. We have excellent facilities, including a gym and Pilates/Fitness studio. We treat a wide range of MSK conditions with an emphasis on biomechanical dysfunctions, sports and spinal injuries. Our close team of dedicated professionals are passionate about the importance of movement and good quality rehabilitation in successful treatment outcomes. Our physio and movement specialist team have qualifications in Biokinetics, Applied Functional Sciences, Strength & Conditioning and Functional Movement Screening. We have a strong ethos of patient care and run regular in-service training sessions.
We are looking for a full-time, permanent, Clinical Lead Chartered Physiotherapists with considerable experience in MSK private practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher level qualifications) and/or have further post graduate specialisations/experience. Experience as a team lead, mentor or clinical supervisor is desirable. The role consists of managing your own clinical case load, as well as overseeing the in-house CPD programme, clinical development, support and mentoring of the physiotherapy team. Other desirable skills include a passion for teaching and training, detailed knowledge of the principles of Clinical Governance, an understanding of current legislation and professional ethics, and a good understanding of physiotherapy outcome measures. As a clinician you will have a good balance of expertise in manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation and be competent in the treatment of a wide range of neuro-musculoskeletal injuries/conditions. A keen interest in health and fitness and an integrated approach to patient care management are preferable. This role suits a driven, enthusiastic, team-player willing to work closely with the Clinic Director, Physiotherapy Manager and our local network of referring specialists.
