Our clinic employs an interdisciplinary approach to treatment which helps you to improve faster. This approach is different from a multidisciplinary clinic as our team of physiotherapists, massage therapists and movement specialists will work together to facilitate your return to regular daily activity or sport. As a team, we apply a unique individualised treatment plan and functional strategy for each patient or client to get the best outcome for you. We won't only treat your symptoms or the residual effects of your injury but will always look for the possible causes; this helps us with the long-term management of your injury.
From runners to swimmers, cyclists to cross-fitters, golfers to tennis players, professional athletes to weekend warriors – we’ve seen them all. Our team understand the biomechanics of human movement and what function is required for optimal performance and efficient movement.
Our physiotherapists will provide you with a thorough clinical assessment of your condition, getting to the cause of your problem. You can expect a warm, caring and professional welcome from our team. We'll help with the management of your condition, including the prevention of recurrences, and will communicate with your GP, specialists or trainers as appropriate. We believe everyone is different, unique in many ways so you can be sure you will have an individualised approach to your assessment and treatment with us. Our goal is to provide you with effective therapy.
Pain is an indicator of a possible disruption in the body’s normal functional biomechanics, which could be due to all kinds of injuries, from impact to repetitive. This often alters our normal movement patterns as our bodies compensate to protect themselves. We can help identify and correct movement issues and compensations with effective rehabilitation, restoring normalised motion. No matter how complex your problem is, we'll help find the right solution for you.
If you are still unsure if physiotherapy can help you, then please get in touch, and we'll arrange a call with one of our physiotherapists who will be happy to discuss your treatment options. Please note this is not a formal assessment or treatment but will help you make the right decision about your treatment options.
We’ll help you with the long-term management of your condition, injury or performance goal. With our wide range of movement-based, health, corrective and treatment services, we’ll help to improve your function, performance and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re a sportsperson or want to feel healthier and fitter for everyday life, our highly professional and passionate team can help.
We believe that the goal of training and rehabilitation is not to change how the body looks, but to improve how the body moves. Quality of movement precedes quantity.
We will aim to restore normal function in the shortest time possible and provide a functional and holistic approach to both training and rehabilitation helping you improve long-term.
We understand the demands required to achieve optimal performance without risk of injury and can help clients develop more efficient biomechanics for all types of sports.
We know that you want to get back to living your life without pain or discomfort and we will get you there as quickly as possible by delivering the most effective treatment. Not only is it great care you will receive from us, but we hope to empower and encourage you along the way.
