Over the past 25 years, Angela has honed her expertise as a Pilates practitioner, specialising in pelvic floor rehabilitation, flexibility training, and postural alignment. Her teaching focuses on helping clients build a strong foundation, enhance movement efficiency, and restore confidence in their bodies.

Angela is passionate about creating a supportive and motivating environment, guiding clients of all ages and abilities toward improved wellbeing through mindful, purposeful movement.
