Sport AQR

Agility, Quickness & Reactivity aims to teach athletes to develop optimal performance through effective movement. We teach progressive drills for agility, quickness and reaction skills for young athletes, adult functional fitness and elite athletes.

The goals are to enhance your ability to improve movement skilfulness using single leg, double leg, acceleration, deceleration, lateral movements, stride power, vertical jump and many other movement patterns.
