Sport Core

Utilises cutting-edge theory and practical information to help athletes understand and apply the principles of stability and rotary power into their training and programme design.

The core is best developed with a focus on whole body closed kinetic chain stability and rotary power to create a centre for movement and force transfer.

For dynamic performance and injury prevention, the core stabilises to allow powerful leg and arm actions, leads into turns, absorbs stopping actions and regulates balance. Using the BOSU Balance Trainer, Medicine balls, Resistance tubing, Free weights and Stability balls, our coach will take you through progressive drills that can be used by young athletes, everyday clients and advanced athletes.
