Teaches athletes the technical and biomechanical foundations of static and dynamic balance and applies techniques designed to improve proprioception, stability and muscular co-ordination.
Whole body balance can be developed using the BOSU Balance Trainer, Balance pads, Stability Balls and drills using no equipment with the result being co-ordinated movement, and effective deceleration as well as directional change.
We can help with programme designs for all levels of participants, that will lead to a more responsive body and enhanced movement skills.
