Renata graduated from St. George’s University London with an honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2010. Throughout her career, she developed an interest in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy, especially in the rehabilitation of neck, shoulder, spinal and sports injuries, as well as Women's Health.

This encouraged her to do further training in these areas which led to her obtaining a full certification in Modified Pilates from the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) as well as a full certification in pre and post natal Modified Pilates. She also has postgraduate training in acupuncture, joint manipulation, myofascial release techniques, muscle energy techniques and Women's Health Pelvic floor dysfunction.

Before working in private practice, Renata worked as a physiotherapy assistant for Charlton Athletic F.C. Youth Academy and a peer tutor at St. George’s University, teaching clinical skills (musculoskeletal) to first and second year medical students and first year physiotherapy students.

Her approach as a physiotherapist and Modified Pilates Instructor for rehabilitation of injuries emphasizes an evidence-based manual therapy and soft tissue approach with a core strength and functional movement emphasis. Renata enjoys being very hands on with her treatment approach as well as advising on exercises for the patient to manage their problem.

Renata’s experience in Physiotherapy, Pilates and Massage allows her to offer a hands-on and exercise based treatment to her patients.
