Rahma qualified with a BSc (Honours) in Physiotherapy from King’s College London in 2007 and started her specialism in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy soon after. She has gained a postgraduate diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine, is trained in acupuncture, hydrotherapy and as a Pilates instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

Rahma has worked in both the NHS and privately and has a special interest in ACL rehabilitation and lower limb biomechanics. Having worked primarily in South West London she has a good relationship with local consultants and has spent the past 3 years rehabilitating sportspeople, adolescents and post-surgical orthopaedic clients to a high level of function.

Rahma enjoys an active lifestyle in her own time doing yoga and running, she has rowed to an elite level and now has a passion for long distance cycling. In 2016 she cycled across the European continent for a Humanitarian aid charity close to her heart. She highly advocates the practice of Pilates for rehabilitation, improved sporting technique, and injury prevention. In one to one sessions as well as group classes, she focuses on individual needs based on movement analysis and client goals.
