Sports Massage

I originally trained and worked as a professional contemporary dancer, physical theatre performer, choreographer and Teacher/Lecturer in France, Spain and the UK.
My curiosity to continue learning more about the science of body led me to undertake and complete an MSc in Dance Science at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.

I then qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist, and am currently undertaking a Master of Osteopathy at The British School of Osteopathy, as it became clear I wanted to continue working with the body from a different perspective.

As a performer I also received voice training and got particularly interested in the effects of voicework on the body and the mind, which became the line of enquiry for my MSc Dance Science thesis.

My passion for dancing and singing combined with my Uruguayan background also led me to learn to dance Argentinian tango to an advanced level and be part of a music trio as a tango singer.

I believe my extensive experience in the Performing Arts combined with my academic background and ongoing manual therapies training give me both a deep experiential and theoretical knowledge of the body that directly informs my observation and palpation skills as well as my technique.

I aim to provide a high quality bespoke care to my clients and intend to respond to their needs and expectations the best I can.

I speak English, French and Spanish fluently as I am French/ Uruguayan, raised bilingual and living in the UK since 2007. This could allow clients native in any of these languages to communicate more at ease and effectively.
