Southfields Physiotherapy is a private sports injury and well being clinic in the heart of Southfields. We are looking for a full-time clinic/part-time receptionist to join our team. This is a client facing role and you will be the main point of contact for the business, dealing directly with our patients/clients and handling appointments, class bookings and various other administrative duties. The position consists of 30-35 hours per week for part time and 40-45 hours per week for full time, with a combination of early and late shifts and will include one Saturday shift per month.

The ideal candidate must be professional, well-presented, have a good command of the English language, have good communication skills and be prepared to work as part of a team. The suitable candidate will be competent in telephone communication skills and have good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, such as Outlook, Word and Excel. You will have a high standard of numeracy and literacy skills.

You will be required to meet and greet clients, answer telephone calls, handle client bookings, process payments,  as well as perform various other administrative tasks (such as filing, faxing, emailing, document scanning & more). Training will be provided on the practice management software and on clinic operating procedures.
